    Connection alone does not import every location, create a profile or modify profile details.

  5. Select locations

    Choose only the locations you want to bring into ReviewGrow, up to your active plan capacity.

    Your selection is rechecked securely before locations are activated.

  6. Import and synchronize

    ReviewGrow imports the selected locations and queues their review history for synchronization and analysis.

    Initial synchronization can take time. Historical reviews are not automatically replied to.

  7. Manage reviews your way

    Review and reply manually by default, or explicitly enable optional automation for eligible future reviews.

Location data stays separated

Reviews, replies and insights remain tied to the correct authorized business and location.

Guest details stay out of ReviewGrow

For WhatsApp review requests, the guest name, phone number, prepared message and conversation remain on your browser or device and are not stored by ReviewGrow. ReviewGrow stores the short-link configuration and approximate aggregate opening information described in our Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before you get started

Which review platform does ReviewGrow connect to?

Google Business Profile is the review platform currently integrated directly with ReviewGrow.

Does connecting Google import every location?

No. ReviewGrow lists locations the connected Google account is authorized to manage, and you explicitly select locations within your plan capacity.

Are replies posted automatically?

Not by default. Manual handling is the default. Automatic drafts and automatic publication are separate optional settings, and publication remains subject to authorization, eligibility, allowance and Google availability.

Do historical reviews consume AI-reply allowance during import?

Importing and analysing reviews alone does not consume AI-reply allowance. A successfully persisted AI-generated reply draft consumes the applicable allowance. Initial and historical imports are not automatically drafted by the optional future-review automation.

How do WhatsApp review requests work?

ReviewGrow prepares a click-to-chat message and opens WhatsApp. You review and manually send it from the WhatsApp account active on that device. ReviewGrow does not send the message, track its delivery or see the conversation.

What does the QR code contain?

It contains the business’s ReviewGrow short review link. Opening the link redirects to the validated Google review destination, and approximate aggregate opens may be counted. The count does not prove unique scans, delivered messages or completed reviews.

Can agencies and multi-location businesses use ReviewGrow?

Yes. One owner-operated ReviewGrow account can manage authorized Google locations within purchased capacity. Dedicated team seats, separate client logins and white-label workspaces are not currently included.
